Money Orders

Mr. Casey accepts money orders for fees, costs fines and just about everything else.  You can mail in your money Order or just swing by the office during normal business hours.  We'll give you  a receipt when you drop it off.

Mr. Casey prefers a US Postal Money Order as it is the same as US Currency.  If there is ever a problem, a US Postal Money Order can be returned and the Post Office will refund the money.  It can also be traced so the Post Office can get you a copy of the cancelled money order in about 2 months.  Many other places cannot or will not allow you to return the money order or get you a copy of the cancelled money order.

Cash

Mr. Casey always accepts cash for fees, costs, fines and just about everything else.  Just swing by the office during normal business hours and we'll will give you  a receipt.  Please do not send cash by mail or put through the Drop Box.

 Checks

Mr. Casey accepts checks for fees, costs fines and just about everything else.  You can mail in your check or just swing by the office during normal business hours.  Shannon or whoever is there will give you  a receipt or you can use your cancelled check as the receipt.

Please note, if you are hiring Mr. Casey at the last minute, about a week before court, please pay in Cash.  Mr. Casey will provide the representation as you request, once your check clears the bank.
