Traffic and Criminal Defense (including DUI) are basically self-explanatory, you were either given a ticket or arrested. This matter is not going away and the Police and Prosecutors don't have anything better to do than to pursue your case. You need to make a decision as to how you wish to defend this matter, plea it (guilty or Nolo), or ask for a trial. The trial can a jury trial or non-jury trial. Mr. Casey's fees must be paid in advance and, generally speaking, are:

Misdemeanors (Including Serious Traffic Violations)

Non-Jury Trial 1,000.00

DUI
Jury Trial $4,000.00
Non-Jury Trial 2,500.00

Felonies
Generally Speaking, Mr. Casey does not defend Felony cases except for existing clients.
